About The Project

The Kochi Metro is a rapid transit system, offering smooth transportation solutions to the people of Kochi, Kerala. It has the distinction of being one of the fastest completed metro projects in India as it was opened to the public within 4 years of its construction.

We assisted the project with deep-basement piling work. We completed 300 piles from Aluva to Kalamaserry in just 2 months, hence completing the task well in advance.

  • The piles were in an area that was a dump yard earlier.
  • Major logistical issues were faced while accessing the location.
  • No contractor in India was ready to pick up the project for the longest time.

  • Our team with experience of working in difficult terrains were able to overcome the logistical challenge.
  • We inserted a 1000/1200 MM diameter pile in soil and rock.
